BACKGROUND:
Mike joined Sterling in 2008 and is a Principal. Prior to Sterling, he worked at GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC, Allen & Company, and Salomon Smith Barney.

R. Alan Macksey, Jr. , Director
BACKGROUND:
Alan joined Sterling Partners in 1986 and is a Managing Director on the Investment Team. He currently serves as Chairman of the Banking Committee and is also a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Prior to Sterling, Alan worked at Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc. in Equity Research. He serves on the Board of The Young Victorian Theatre Company and is a former Board member of The Johns Hopkins Pediatric Oncology Friends.

Todd Matherne, Director
BACKGROUND:
Todd currently serves as an independent director for Cornerstone and audit chairman for Foundations Partners group. He provides interim management and turnaround consulting services through Todd Matherne Advisors, LLC. Todd began his career with Arthur Young, a predecessor to Ernst & Young, and has served in senior financial and operating officer positions with public and private companies including The WEDGE Group, Baker Hughes, Service Corporation International and as a senior advisor with FTI Consulting and Alvarez & Marsal.

Sam Morasca, Director
BACKGROUND:
After nearly 30 years of international business experience, Sam retired from Shell Oil Company in 2000. In his last position, Vice President Marketing, he managed US oil products marketing for Shell, Texaco and Saudi Aramco Alliance.

Robert Compagno, Director
BACKGROUND:
Robert Campagno has over 30 years of executive experience, most of which was with Fellowes, a multi-national office products company. Robert served as President of Global Sales and retired in December 2008. After leaving Fellowes he started his own company, Pinnacle Partners Consulting, LLC that is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Pinnacle provides sales and marketing consulting services. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for PM Company in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Kent A. Misemer, Director
BACKGROUND:
Kent is the former President and CEO of Liberty Propane. Liberty, a portfolio company of Sterling, was sold in December, 2009. Kent has over 25 years of executive management experience in the propane industry supply chain as well as other industries. In addition to being a co-founder of Liberty, Kent was also involved in the creation of Propane Continental and Tri-Power Fuels, Inc. Kent is currently a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the National Propane Gas Association.
