Our services are designed to fit your needs

• We make every effort to customize our data protection and business continuity support services just for you. Before beginning service, we gather your information to determine a delivery schedule that works best for your document storage and retrieval needs. After you initiate service, we can pick up and secure your data within 48 hours. Excellent customer service is our top priority when it comes to any data protection and offsite storage questions you might have.
• Cornerstone's staff rotates and manages your media from our facility to yours on a periodic basis, per your company's backup strategy. For your convenience, our vault operations staff coordinates the scheduled delivery time with you.

TWO STORAGE CHOICES

• Open Media Option
  Primarily for customers who must track media down to individual tapes, this data protection option is used either for active volumes or for long-term archival storage. Document storage charges are based upon the highest number of slots used in a month's time.
• Closed Container Option
  When you only need to track a group of tapes, the container is either cycled back to you as specified or when you call for its return. For optimal data protection, the container remains closed and locked while in our possession. Offsite storage charges are based upon the size and quantity of containers.

• Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• We guarantee an emergency delivery within three hours.
• Easily initiate emergency service by using our TapeTrack software or by calling our facility.
• Our on-call staff contacts you to verify your request and promptly delivers your data to an authorized person at your location.
