Cornerstone Records Management Announces the Acquisition of Docushred USA Inc.

January 7, 2013 - Cornerstone Records Management, LLC announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Docushred USA Inc. Docushred, a privately-owned company, provides secured document destruction to customers in the Buffalo and Rochester NY markets.

"Docushred is a highly respected provider of secured document shredding services within the Western New York region.  We are thrilled to welcome their customers and employees to Cornerstone.  All of us here at Cornerstone look forward to exceeding their customers' expectations and providing them additional value through expanded service offerings like document storage and off-site data protection" said Mike Hefner, President and COO of Cornerstone.

"The acquisition is the second acquisition by Cornerstone in the Western New York region within the last year and the 26th acquisition overall.  We anticipate continued strong growth in the Western New York region," added Hefner.
